Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard through Google Checkout and Paypal. We also accept Checks and Money Orders however, checks must total $50.00 and clear our bank before we ship your product. If you prefer to place a phone order, please call us and we can charge Visa/MC & Discover over the phone.

Shipping Policy

We ship FedEx Ground 3-Day, regardless of Wholesale or Retail Orders. We use  flat rate shipping across the board. We charge 16% flat rate shipping based on your total order amount .  We can ship FedEx two day Air as requested at a discounted rate.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your candle purchase and your wick has not been burned, you can exchange your items in the retail store. If your candle was given as a gift and you want to exchange scents, please visit the store where the candle was purchased, they can call us and request a replacement candle for their stock. Sorry, we do not offer refunds on candles. 

If the items were shipped to you, the original shipping charges are not refundable and cannot be used toward any exhange.

If you need to return your candle(s) for an exchange, please mail your package by a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below with a note or copy of your email explaining the exchange information and a method of payment for return shipping:

If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact us within two (2) days of receipt of your package by calling (918) 553-6767 or email us. Please use "Damaged Order" in the subject of your email. In order to make a claim with the carrier we need to notify them with three (3) days.  We will provide you with instructions, which usually requires filing a claim with the carrier, who will most likely require seeing the package and inquiringing on whether insurance was purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Please advise us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel your Fundraising, Private Wedding Label or any other large order. After 24 hours your order will have processed and you will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers and understand concerns for on-line shopping and security.  All information used to process your order is secure and encrypted data, and is not stored by Montag Fine Candle Co,.  We do not store your private credit card number.  We will never give away or sell any of your contact information.  In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors such as Paypal or Google may also collect this information from our authorized customers.  Please be aware that this site contains links to other websites used for payment processing purposes, when you pay for your purchase you are linking from this website to another. If you have any questions, please feel free to read Paypal or Google's privacy policies. Paypal and Google are secure sites and are used reguarly to process payments.
